Working Backstage At FASHION SCOUT with the designer HEOHWAN SIMULATION .

One of the things I LOVE doing, so when I was able to work backstage with this A M A Z I N G designer backstage at Fashion Scout London I couldn't be any more excited. Its literally the best experience, the adrenalin give me LIFE. Its stressful but extremely thrilling, it involves a lot of paying attention, styling, understanding the looks, working alongside the models as well as the designer etc. However at the end of the day the show turned out to be a success and you sort of get this 'Victorious' feeling, being backstage and being surrounded by such hard working, fashion focused people motivates me and just makes me want to push myself further with my own career prospects. I LOVED IT !

OOTD - London Fashion Week Day 4

This is the outfit I wore to all the fashion shows I attended during London Fashion Week on Day 4 and also to FASHION'S FINEST. As you would know NEON and Monochrome are two of this season of spring/summer key trends, so I decided to put two and two together and managed to create this outfit.

A CLEAN, SIMPLE MONOCHROME MEETS NEON KINDA LOOK.

I think the dark lipstick added a POW to it.

LFW - FASHIONS FINEST FASHION SHOW

On sunday the 17th of Febuary i attended FASHION'S FINEST which is an award-winning fashion event company that provides professional show production & management of catwalk shows, fashion events, award ceremonies, launches for wide variety of UK and international clients and companies. i went to view amazing collections by extraordinary emerging designers such as Jocelyn Dee, Brian Chan, Itsy Bitsy Vintage, Sara Hegazy at the Westbury Hotel, Mayfair London. Featuring a range of concepts from streetwear to couture and womenswear. I think the event was well organised and professionally run. Saw a few faces and managed to also meet a well know Stylist from Switzerland in the ladies toilets which was BRILL. she was totally down to earth and we exchanged contact details. Networking is real, OH YESSS !

CLOTHES SHOW LIVE 2012

Hello

Its been a while since I've posted, like since last year so Happy New Year and all of that (bit late but hey) I hope your all good . I thought I might as well give you an update on everything that's been going on, starting with 'The clothes show live' fashion show and exhibition in Birmingham that I went to and designed and made a cape & dress to put on the catwalk . It was a very STRESSFUL but overwhelming stage in my life. Making a jacket or a coat is NOT easy, however after sleepless nights and countless hours on the sewing machine I managed to get it done. The show and exhibitions itself were amazing,I came across so many fabulous collections by up and coming designers, universities/colleges and independent retailers. At the end of the day, to top it off we watched a massive fashion show/production which was hosted by Designer Henry Holland and Stylist Grace Woodward.
